At IceMix, we’re a small but passionate team working hard to deliver clean, nutritious desserts options to our customer. 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your order within 3 working hours of placing it.

Please refer to your order confirmation email for details.
If you’d like to cancel after that, write to us at icemixdev@gmail.com, we’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t entered the preparation or dispatch stage yet.

Once the order is dispatched, we’re unable to process cancellations.

Please note:

Shipping timelines are 2–8 business days depending on your location.
Sundays and major Indian holidays may cause minor shipping delays, we appreciate your patience.

Refund and Return Policy

We genuinely want every customer to be happy with their experience. If something isn’t right, please reach out to us at icemixdev@gmail.com

We’ll review your concern and, where appropriate, process a replacement.

In case of damaged, missing, or spoiled items:

1) Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing icemixdev@gmail.com
2) Include your order number, a photo of the invoice, one image of the outer box, and two clear images of the damaged product.
3) In multi-item shipments, only the affected product can be replaced.
4) We’ll respond within 24–48 hours and offer a prompt, fair resolution.

📸 Tip: Please make a short unboxing video before opening your package seal. This helps us verify any claims of damage or missing products.

We don't does not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise or any products purchased directly from our Site.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
