Four steps. One overnight.
No ice cream maker. No churning. You need warm milk, a blender, a freezer, and a spoon.
-
Mix.
Stir the full pouch (100g) into 400ml warm milk. Whole milk works best. Warm, not boiling.
-
Sweeten (your way).
Sugar, jaggery, honey — your call. Start with 2–3 tsp. You're in charge of the sweetness, not us.
-
Blend.
Let it sit for 30 minutes so the makhana and oats soak up the milk. Then blend until completely smooth.
-
Freeze. Scoop.
Pour into a container. 4–6 hours, or overnight. Scoop and serve. No churning needed — it sets soft.
Ingredients
Seven, by name.
-
Cocoa powder
Single-origin from the Western Ghats. Alkalised for depth — that grown-up, almost bitter, real-chocolate edge.
-
Fox nut(makhana)
Roasted lotus seeds. The neutral creamy body that lets the cocoa do the talking.
-
Cashews
Sourced from Goa. They're the reason the chocolate scoops soft from a home freezer.
-
Rolled oats
Slow carbs and the natural thickener. They're why you don't need a stabiliser.
-
Almonds
Blanched and finely ground. Adds protein and a soft, nutty backbone behind the cocoa.
-
Cow ghee
Cow ghee, a small amount. Carries the cocoa aromatics through the freeze.
-
Salt
A pinch. It's what makes the cocoa taste like cocoa instead of just sweet brown.
ALLERGENS · Contains nuts (almonds, cashews, makhana). Manufactured in a facility that also handles milk, gluten and other tree nuts.

What people say after the first scoop.
-
"Tasted like the one my nani used to make."
My kid finished half the bowl in one sitting. Reordered the same week. Worth every rupee.
Verified -
"Finally — ice cream I can read the label of."
Tried the chocolate first. Reordered the kesar pista the same evening. Both pouches were gone in a fortnight.

"My MIL approved. End of review."
The “no added sugar, you control it” pitch lands hard in a house full of opinions about sweetness.

What's the best sweetener to use?
Sugar, jaggery, and honey all work well. Jaggery gives a warmer, more complex flavour — pairs especially well with the chocolate. Start with 2–3 tsp and adjust to taste.
Do I need an ice cream maker?
No. The pouch is designed for a regular blender and a regular freezer. We engineered the ingredient ratios so it sets soft and scoopable without any churning.
Can I use plant-based milk?
Yes — full-fat oat and almond milk both work. The texture is slightly icier than with whole cow milk, but the flavour holds up.
How long does the pouch last?
6 months from manufacture. Store it in a cool, dry place — no fridge needed until it's mixed.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes — that was honestly the whole reason we made it. Contains nuts (almonds, cashews, makhana), so do check for allergies first.
What's your refund policy?
If the first pouch doesn't taste like real ice cream to you, we'll refund it. Just message us — no return needed.
