Classic Chocolate

Chocolate ice cream made from cocoa, nuts, and not much else.

One pouch, warm milk, your sweetener of choice, a few hours in the freezer. No machine, no churning, no mystery ingredients — just rich chocolate ice cream you put together yourself.

What's in it: makhana, cashews, oats, almonds, cocoa powder, cow ghee, salt. Done.

What's not in it: stabilisers, emulsifiers, artificial flavours, preservatives, or refined sugar. You sweeten it your way, so it's as light or as decadent as you want it.

A little patience required (soak, then freeze), but the actual hands-on work is about two minutes of mixing.
